Restaurant Brands International Inc. Annouced Leadership Changes at Highest Levels in Leading Restaurant Chains

RBI (Restaurant Brands International Inc.) has made changes in Top Leadership as Peter Perdue Now listed as New President (Popeyes) & Nicolas Henrich is Newly appointed Chief Operating Officer (Burger King)

Resaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) (NYSE: QSR) via PR Newswire: On Nov 4 (2025), Josh Kobza  has announced two changes to Top Leadership of Popeyes & Burger King.

Peter Perdue has been named as Newly Appointed President of Popeyes (U.S. & Canada), replacing Jeff Klein. Peter Perdue has been working with RBI from last 12 years, most recently served as  Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Burger King U.S. & Canada. Peter has been part of operations, franchising, and finance, including leadership as Regional Vice President for Burger King in the Asia Pacific region.

Josh Kobza (Chief Executive Officer, Restaurant Brands International) remarked this occasion as, "Popeyes has the best chicken in QSR, and Peter's mandate is to unlock the share gains we know we are capable of. Peter has led an impressive turnaround in the operations of our Burger King system, and I look forward to bringing his leadership to Popeyes. We also want to offer our thanks to Jeff Klein for his hard work over the last four years."

The Second Major annoucement was to bring Nicolas (Nico) Henrich who has now been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) Burger King U.S. & Canada, replacing Peter Perdue. Tom Curtis, (President of Burger King, U.S. & Canada) said, "Nico's proven leadership in our brand has earned the trust of our franchisees, He has been instrumental in strengthening our system and improving franchisee profitability. As COO, he will continue driving operational excellence as a lead contributor to our long-term growth."
