Government of Canada Shuts Two of Major Service Canada (Passport Offices) Location and Moves to Granville Street Vancouver

Employment and Social Development Canada (ESD) (March 09, 2026): The ESDC annonced today via official release to close the Vancouver Passport Services Office and Vancouver Sinclair Centre Services Canada Centre, at Sinclair Centre on Mar 06, 2026. The offices are now merged and moved to 978 Granville Street (Vancouver, British Columbia). 

The New Office Opened its doors today (Monday, March 09, 2026). The office is going to offer numerous services including standard Service Canada services along with 10-business-day, express and urgent passport services.
