ICBC New Move To Push Towards Improved User Experience For British Columbian With My ICBC portal
Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (British Columbia) (March 09, 2026): This may not come as surprise but was a much needed update as ICBC has recently annouced to integrate and bring the services it offers to British Columbians under one umbrella, now to be called as 'My ICBC'. The single sign-on offering will allow British Columbians to access the services seamlessly while on go. The integrated services will include Driver Licensing, Insurance, Account Services, and ICBC Claims in the single sign-on service.

Jason McDaniel (ICBC President & CEO) in broadlight expressed and said, "My ICBC was built to meet customers where they are today and reflects our broader commitment to modernizing ICBC across the organization. By bringing over 20 services together in one secure digital space, My ICBC makes it easier and more convenient for customers to manage their licensing and insurance needs online. This launch is an important step in our move toward a more streamlined, digital-first experience, and I encourage our customers to visit My ICBC to see firsthand how much simpler it is to stay on top and access our services."
Through, My ICBC single sign-on service customers now will be able conveniently access four major broadley defined services which include:Driver Licensing services will include view the status of ID's (All BC Driver's licences, including learner's licences and combination cards, BCID's and BC Services Cards), Track the status of mailed license or ID, Book a driver licensing appointment, take practice knowledge test, Request driver record and drive factor, address history and commercial driving records, Pay a ticket and more.
Insurance services will include a services like View Insurance Policy Status, Renew Insurance, Get Estimate, View & Print Insurance Documents, Submit Odometer Reading, Request a Vehicle Claim History Report, Apply for a Collector VIN, Find a Broker.
Account Services will provide accesses to users such as Update email address and email preferences, Sign up for direct deposit, View your payment plan information (only payment plans for single owners of APV250 policies will display), Pay ICBC debt (including partial payments).
Claims services will have features such as Apply for income replacement benefit and sign up for direct deposit for quicker payment, Report a claim, including submit a witness report, Manage a claim, Find a collision or glass repair facility and Find a healthcare provider.
