WestJet & Suncor Energy Brings Together Petro Points & WestJet Rewards In Year To Come

WestJet & Petro-Canada Shakes Hands To Merge Their Rewards Program In Coming Year

WestJet (Calgary, Alberta) (Apr 15, 2026): After completing their rewards program merger with Canadian Tire this year, WestJet is has announced to add another remarkable partner organization to rewards connectivity list to strength the reward points structure coming in early 2027 i.e., Petro-Canada's Petro-Points. The WestJet & Suncor Engery (TSX: SU) (NYSE: SU) via news releases announced this partnership program coming to give more benefits to canadians while flying and fueling their vehicle at gas stations. The WestJet members will now gain 20 per cent more Petro-Points than before, have ability to convert the petro-points to westjet points, exclusive promotions and contests inlcuding chance to win WestJet's vacation packages.

As WestJet describes it, the ability to earn your favourite rewards while fueling, car washing and convenience store purchases has now been upgraded. The Platinum Star (Status) members of WestJet rewards program will keep on earning 50 per cent more Petro-Points when fueling with atleast 1,000 litres each quarter through Canada's first frequent fuller program. Another amazing news for WestJet airline customers is that WestJet has also partnered with Copa Airlines and guests will now have ability to book interline itineraries on WestJet.com, WestJet app or through WestJet Contact Centre and earn Westjet points.
