TransLink Gears Up To Give More To Riders During PNE 2026 Fair
TransLink (Vancouver, British Columbia) (August 18, 2026): Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) Fair is getting prepped to go in full swing from August 22 - September 7 (2026) and at the same time City of Vancouver's Transit - TransLink is gearing up to step up to the plate. The TransLink has offered a massive offering tied to Compass card for its riders who will be eligible to get 2-For-1 Admissions during the ticket purchase window of Friday (August 28) - Friday (September 4) (offer valid only for first 5,000 guests). The riders only have to show the compass card on the day of event to redeem this offer. Acceptable proofs include Compass card, Compass products (Compass Mini, Wristband), Printed Compass Tickets and A Mobile Fare Product like a tap from Interac Debit card, Credit card, or Digital wallet.

Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) will also have $7.00 per Guest tickets for Early Birds to purchase tickets during first weekend (Aug 22 and 23) online and at door. The highly anticipated 2026 PNE Fair will be featuring New artist, New attractions, New experiences and more way to entertainment to British columbians. The fair will be kicking off its Summer Nights Concerts with Blue Rodeo (Aug 22), The Guess Who (Aug 23), The Beaches (Aug 25), Nelly (Aug 26), Zedd (Aug 27), Mt. Joy (Aug 28), Cynthia Ervio with the VSO (Aug 29), Punjabi Virsa (Aug 30), Train (Sept 1), Barenaked Ladies (Sept 2), Weird AI (Sept 3), Earth, Wind & Fire (Sept 4), Pierce The Veil (Sept 5), Sarah McLachlan (Sept 6) and Boy George & Culture Club (Sept 7).
TransLink is going to have multiple bus route assigned towards the PNE including R5, 14, 16, 210 and 211. The Sky Train connections will have ride #16 from either 29th Avenue Station (Expo) or Renfrew Station (Millenium Line). The Sky Train Express service runs every 15 minutes and makes three stops, terminating at Pacific Coliseum near the PNE Fair. The PNE Express Train will be $2 to come board and kids under 3 will ride for free.
This year PNE will be featuring the newest and grandest Freedom Mobile Arch (state of art Amphitheatre build to deliver enhanced sightlines, exceptional acoustics, and an immersive fan experience designed to elevate show experience for audience). The amphitheatre is set in the heart of Hasting Park at PNE and is capable to hold upto 10,000 guests.
